My husband and I wanted to take a moment to write you about a truly magnificent customer service experience that we received from two members of your team, Diane Shapuite-Chandler and Julie Melser.  We recently went through the process of selling our home and purchasing a new one.  Both Diane and Julie were not only professional, but went above and beyond to ensure that we were always comfortable with each step of the process.  Their clear communication and honest direction put my husband and I at complete ease. 

Diane, our seller/buyer agent, had constant communication with us regarding the selling of our home.  She wanted to ensure that we were given feedback after each showing.  We truly appreciated this constant connection.  While we were impressed with Diane during the selling of our home, we were blown away with her as our buyers’ agent.  She treated us as if we were her only clients.  Our schedule was her priority and she was always willing and able to meet us outside of normal business hours to see potential homes.  Diane demonstrated an incredible level of patience and was always willing to take us to as many houses as we were willing to see.  It was clear that her top priority was to find our dream home.  Thanks to her hours of dedication and her real estate expertise, my husband and I found just that – our dream home.  Every item that was on our initial “want” list is checked off and we could not be happier with our new home. 

While our gratitude for finding our home belongs to Diane, the seamless process of purchasing this home belongs to Julie Melser of Carolina Mortgage.  With Diane’s recommendation and Julie’s professionalism, we immediately knew that she would be the one to help us seal the deal.  Julie was with us every step of the way – fully explaining every detail.  Like Diane, it was clear that we were Julie’s top priority – making us feel like we were her only clients.  Not only did she make us comfortable with the closing process, but she was always available to answer our questions and calm our concerns.  She kept us well informed, while making sure that our timelines were met.  We delivered a very challenging closing date.  She made the impossible happen and we were able to close on time thanks to her determination and dedication.   First, I would like to thank you for employing such wonderful women that clearly have customer service at the top of their priority list.  As a direct result of their customer experience standards, my husband and I will always recommend the C.
